Plant Advisor installs on a Windows PC at your site and connects to your existing SCADA database. No cloud setup, no IT project.
Install on site
Run the installer on a Windows PC with network access to your SCADA SQL Server. It handles the firewall rule and auto-start on boot.
Connect your database
Enter your SQL Server connection details in Settings. Plant Advisor scans your database and maps your devices, tags and historian tables.
Start asking questions
Open a browser on any machine on the plant network, go to the host machine’s IP address, and your team can start using it.

Any device with a value outside the normal range you set automatically appears as a risk.
Upload and explore
Choose “Your own data” in the plant selector, pick your CSV, and the demo reloads with it.
